CSR & Organisational Commitment

 In Uncategorized

Introduction

Our organizational commitment forms the basis of an extensive fidelity, with the focus on both the antecedents of commitment and its consequences for work behavior (e.g. labor turnover, job performance and employee health). Our organizational commitment is driven by work experience and dedication rather than just selection and recruitment. Therefore, as the threats and opportunities associated with CSR and the environmental responsibilities becomes better understood, we sought to generate the strategic capital and the acceptance of these responsibilities in terms of contributing our quota to economic and environmental development, increasing social responsiveness and the attractiveness of our social performance to investors.

The CSR defines the overall relationship with our stakeholders. These include clients, employees, communities, government, suppliers and competitors. However, the elements of our CSR include investment in community outreach, public and employee relations, environmental stewardship and financial performance.  These are achieved through our internal and external CSR programs.

External CSR

The external CSR of Construct Mache Ltd. encompasses community contributions and sustainable development, which also reflects in the way we interact with physical environment, the ethical stance towards the public and other stakeholders, even though, these are largely procedural.

Internal CSR

Our internal motivational approach is geared towards CSR, with the devotion to improve the well being of our workforce, thereby enhancing productivity and fostering overall business performance. Some of these also may be discretional and procedural, based on equity and equality.
